Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required or equivalent.
• PE license preferred; current NCEES record a plus.
• Strong experience designing HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience with chillers, rooftop units, piping, ductwork, and related mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, ASME building codes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale mechanical engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Visit project sites regularly and participate in construction meetings.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships with owners, architects, and contractors.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, design quality, and deliverables.
