Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects, from planning to execution.
• Build and maintain partnerships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Communicate with management to ensure understanding of goals and objectives.
• Price, negotiate, document, and process change orders.
• Develop billing schedules of values; manage progress billings and receivables.
• Coordinate field supervision to keep teams safe and on schedule.
• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise project staff.
