Central Mechanical Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own schedules, budgets, and quality, directing field teams in a family-owned, growth-focused environment.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial mechanical construction, strong reading of plans, and proven leadership. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing commercial mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience coordinating service projects such as ductwork, cooling towers and chillers.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Responsabilités

• Manage full lifecycle of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee scope reviews, budgeting, scheduling, equipment procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Monitor job costing and billing to protect schedules, cash flow, and profitability.
• Direct field coordination with technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors.
• Resolve technical and logistical field issues to avoid delays and budget overruns.
• Maintain complete project documentation and ensure safety and quality standards.
