The Project Manager II will oversee medium-to-high complexity projects, serving as the primary client contact, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery from kickoff to close-out. The role emphasizes strong financial management, QA/QC, risk mitigation, and collaboration with owners, architects, and contractors to meet

Qualifications

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in a major technical discipline with eight years of related project experience or twelve years of similar project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of various size and complexity.
• Professional Engineer licensure is preferred (required for ABET-accredited engineering degrees).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and coordinating subconsultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate multi-disciplinary resources and subconsultants.
• Manage financial performance, including budgets, fee burn, and earned value.
• Lead project kick-offs and align teams to scope, standards, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee close-out activities, documentation, and lessons learned.
• Build and grow client relationships to expand services through successful delivery.
