Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects. You will own planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

You will supervise teams, coordinate with field operations and clients, ensure compliance with safety standards, and drive quality across mechanical/structural scopes.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in the mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects from set up to close out.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams of employees, including Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Supervises the daily work of employees.
• Verifies conformance of finished work product, including overseeing contract compliance.
• Responsible for ensuring all safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordination of all labor, equipment, and subcontractor resources with Project subordinates and other Loenbro companies to ensure timely, cost-effective completion of project.
• Assures all employees within the team know and follow the company safety and work rules and policies.
