Job summary

Loenbro, LLC in Afton, TX, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial construction projects within our mechanical/structural scope. You will manage budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, client relations, and a proactive approach to solving project challenges while maintaining compliance with contractual requirements and company safety

Qualifications

• Engineering or Construction Management Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large scale commercial & industrial construction projects related to data center, power generation, renewables, mining, and oil & gas.
• Recruit, manage and lead teams including Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Project Coordinators.
• Supervise the daily work of employees.
• Verify conformance of finished work and contract compliance.
• Ensure safety and environmental requirements are met.
• Coordinate labor, equipment and subcontractor resources for timely, cost-effective completion.
• Ensure team follows safety rules and company policies.
