Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years licensed engineering experience.
• Engineer of Record in multiple states.
• Experience delivering Construction Documents, coordination, permitting, bidding and construction administration.
• Strong QA for drawings, specs and RFIs.
• Ability to mentor designers and coordinate with architects and clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement engineering projects with construction documents and cross-discipline coordination.
• Lead permitting, bidding and construction administration activities.
• Maintain quality assurance for documents, RFI responses, and specs.
• Serve as main contact for projects with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors to meet design scope, schedule and budget.
• Oversee development of engineering construction documents and specifications.
• Provide client service to preserve relationships and mentor staff.
