Job summary

Cuhaci & Peterson Architects is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Project Engineer to lead mechanical design on complex building projects. You will produce construction documents, coordinate with architecture and other disciplines, and ensure codes compliance.

Candidates should hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering, be licensed engineers with 10–15 years of experience, and act as Engineer of Record in several states. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design on projects with Construction Documents and coordination.
• Ensure QA/QC on documents, RFIs, and specifications.
• Act as primary client liaison and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Mentor engineering designers to produce quality construction documents.
