Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to lead the technical delivery of assigned projects from a Jacksonville, FL office. You will coordinate engineering execution, ensure code compliance, and mentor junior engineers while driving process improvements and on-time project completion.

You will work with customers and stakeholders, review calculations, and sign/ seal critical deliverables. A PE license and strong HVAC/mechanical know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required.
• 4+ years of progressive engineering experience aligned with technical execution and project delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering principles, codes, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution, accuracy, and quality of engineering deliverables for assigned projects.
• Perform and review engineering calculations, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and internal quality requirements.
• Sign and seal work as required.
• Manage engineering workflow and deliverables across projects.
• Drive schedule planning and forecasting with Project Managers and operations.
• Track progress and milestones to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate engineering scope with internal stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, partners, and consultants.
