Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant post-graduate engineering experience; mechanical or plumbing design preferred.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required; multi-state licensure beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical and plumbing systems from planning through construction.
• Perform calculations, studies, reports, design documentation, and construction documents.
• Develop construction specifications, cost estimates, and schedules with accuracy and constructability.
• Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Mentor junior staff and review work for quality and consistency.
• Support QA/QC processes and ensure technical accuracy across project components.
