Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of staff on assigned projects.
• Review and oversee required project administration to protect RK and client interests.
• Secure, review, and execute contract agreements.
• Review, edit, and distribute project budgets.
• Conduct pre-construction turnover meetings for projects.
• Maintain permits/licenses and monitor scheduling.
• Oversee procurement with emphasis on buyout to meet schedule and budget.
• Negotiate and process subcontract and supplier invoices.
