Job summary

RK Industries is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships, working with operations leaders, field teams, and trade partners.

You'll drive project profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while leveraging RK’s integration of fabrication, manufacturing, and building services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction, project management, or related industry experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, scheduling, contracts, and procurement knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and project stakeholders.
• Proven leadership abilities and independent decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover and closeout.
• Own project planning, execution strategies, budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Lead and supervise project teams while collaborating across operations, field leadership, procurement, and executives.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
