Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related field) and a PE license (Mechanical) required.
• 15+ years of experience in mechanical and process engineering design in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects and client-facing proposal/business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record (PE oversight) on projects and ensure code/compliance.
• Lead design and execution of complex milling, piping, steam, and utility systems.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
• Develop and pursue client opportunities, lead meetings, and oversee proposals with scope, fee, and schedule.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction.
