Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team in Minneapolis. You will lead client engagements, manage budgets and schedules, and oversee a team across multi-building campuses.

Travel to project sites is required, with a focus on delivering quality, profitability, and rigorous coordination with stakeholders. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 7–10+ years of relevant experience on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years of proven experience on civil-heavy large projects and/or Mission Critical work.
• Experience managing contracts with values from $50–$300M+.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers.
• Negotiate construction contracts and provisions.
• Ensure high quality, design, and profitability on assigned projects.
• Manage accounts receivable and collect promptly.
• Coordinate owner/client presentations and negotiations.
• Oversee design development, budgets, and project schedules.
• Supervise project engineers and managers as needed.
• Coordinate across multi-building campus teams.
