Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to lead a major mechanical construction project in Washington state. You will own day-to-day delivery, coordinate onsite teams, subcontractors, and internal accounting and reporting to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

You will read design drawings, manage budgets and schedules, and communicate with clients while applying MEP knowledge and construction software to track costs and progress on a fast-paced site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing mechanical industrial projects.
• Experience on construction projects with a scope of $10M+.
• Experience on projects in the $30M+ range preferred.
• Ability to manage schedule and budget and deliver on time.
• Experience with project accounting and budgeting.
• Hands-on coordination with subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale industrial and mechanical construction projects from execution through upcoming phases, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive projects to meet schedule and budget targets, tracking costs and forecasting financial performance.
• Oversee daily project operations, including coordination of subcontractors and trades within sheet metal, plumbing, and HVAC work.
• Collaborate with onsite superintendents and provide project leadership and direction.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Review and update project budgets and cost breakdowns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with goals.
