• Experience estimating mechanical construction work with clarity and precision.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to clearly explain mechanical systems and concepts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail to support accuracy and quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and accountable in all responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, Viewpoint or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Review project estimates and develop detailed budgets, modeling integrity and accountability.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders with stakeholders.
• Track and forecast labor hours and costs, providing timely updates.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of equipment and subcontracted services.
• Maintain understanding of contracts, scopes of work and technical specs.
• Ensure accurate and timely document control per project requirements.
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to Project Engineers.
• Plan and schedule project tasks with field supervisors for collaboration.
