Mullins Mechanical seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from initiation through closeout. This role emphasizes client focus, safety, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will develop and manage project documentation, budgets, schedules, subcontractor contracts, and coordinate with field teams. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential for success in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification would be asset
• OSHA 30, First Aid and CPR Training
• Experience managing budgets for construction projects
• Knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with MS Office and construction management software

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project documentation
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings
• Prepare construction budgets and cost codes
• Obtain permits and manage approvals
