Job summary

Mullins Mechanical seeks an experienced General Superintendent - Mechanical, Pipe, HVAC, Plumbing to lead on-site construction projects. You will manage safety, quality, schedule, and field teams to deliver complex projects.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on accountability for project delivery, cost control, and coordinating with PMs, owners, and subcontractors across industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent experience in Mullins self-performs or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Ability to communicate professionally and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team.
• Coordinate & oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
• Ensure Mullins' safety policies and procedures are enforced and maintained daily.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and owners.
