CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems for healthcare, commercial, higher education, and hospitality projects in Tampa, Florida.

The role combines hands-on mechanical expertise with strong project management to oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, safety, and client relations from design through commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience in mechanical construction or MEP.
• Healthcare, commercial, higher education, or hospitality projects experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and commissioning processes.
• PM tools proficiency (MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM coordination experience.
• PMP, PE, LEED, NICET are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical scope delivery from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts; mitigate risks to meet targets.
• Coordinate design reviews, constructability assessments, and submittal approvals.
