Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex mechanical, process piping, plumbing, and HVAC construction projects in Portland, OR. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success, monitor progress, and deliver excellent outcomes on high-profile facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in mechanical/construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and process piping systems.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics; proficiency with scheduling software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and process piping projects through all construction phases.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost projections.
• Coordinate BIM/VDC activities and clash detection processes.
• Review drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and contract documents for execution.
• Manage procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracted services.
• Drive safety, quality, and project profitability; ensure client satisfaction.
