The role blends mechanical engineering expertise with strong project management, client-facing duties, and cross-disciplinary coordination to deliver code-compliant HVAC solutions on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; 4+ years HVAC design and project management experience.
• PE preferred; EIT/FE acceptable if PE not held.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit MEP; BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards; able to review construction documents, RFIs, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical/HVAC projects through all phases: pre-construction to commissioning.
• Produce and review mechanical design and construction documents for codes and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical/MEP, contractors and owners to resolve issues.
• Develop project schedules, manage budgets, track performance, and report status to clients.
