• Manage mechanical/plumbing/HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field ops for successful execution.
• Track project financial performance and profitability.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
