Job summary

LVI Associates in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Team Leader for mechanical and plumbing construction to oversee high-profile commercial projects and mentor a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.

You will oversee large-scale mechanical/plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall financial performance, while driving safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience delivering complex projects in healthcare, educational, institutional, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting, and project closeouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Oversee large-scale mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Review plans and specifications, identify risks, and develop project execution strategies.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, procurement, manpower planning, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead preconstruction, progress, and project closeout meetings.
• Drive customer satisfaction and maintain strong project relationships.
