Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager or Project Executive in California to oversee HVAC and plumbing construction projects from initial client engagement through completion. The role blends project management, business development, estimating, financial oversight, and leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will own complex projects, build strong client relationships, and drive successful outcomes while coordinating engineering, purchasing, accounting, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience overseeing projects from small renovations to large commercial builds.
• Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations and overall scope of assigned projects.
• Leading the execution and delivery of HVAC and plumbing construction projects.
• Coordinating efforts between engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service teams.
• Supporting business development through estimating, conceptual design, proposals, and negotiations.
