  • Manage commercial plumbing / HVAC / piping / mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Track project financial performance and profitability.
  • Manage contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and ensure successful communication throughout the project lifecycle.
