Job summary

Lvi-Associates in Springfield, Massachusetts is seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients. The role requires 5–10+ years of mechanical construction PM experience and strong HVAC knowledge.

Qualifications

5–10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes.
Ability to read drawings, specs, and manage complex coordination.
Proven experience managing budgets and schedules.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor scopes, and vendor relationships.
Monitor project financials, cost control, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications.
Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication.
Support preconstruction and estimating efforts as needed.
