You will ensure the right materials, equipment and skilled trades are available, while safeguarding the safety and well-being of the team and site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years in construction and piping/mechanical work, plus strong communication and leadership skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site experience.
• Minimum 5 years as foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Experience with HVAC, mechanical, piping, ductwork and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning on-site.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and personnel are available.
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Lead client and design team meetings.
• Coordinate walkdowns, reviews, and turnover with owners/contractors.
