Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Hygienic Piping Superintendent for a Wilson/Cary, NC project. You will lead daily scheduling and planning, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower while prioritizing safety and team wellbeing.

You will collaborate with owners, designers, and contractors to drive successful execution. The role requires 8+ years of site leadership, a background in mechanical piping and utility piping, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 8 years of construction site experience
• At least 8 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, and/or construction manager
• Experience Mechanical piping and Utility Piping

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling and planning at the project site.
• Ensure materials, equipment and personnel are available to complete work.
• Prioritize safety, health, and wellbeing of the team and project.
• Lead client and construction meetings and coordinate with owners, designers, and contractors.
