Jacobs, located in Northeast Houston, TX, seeks an experienced Construction Management - Mechanical/Piping WPO to drive daily scheduling and project planning excellence. You will coordinate hygienic/mechanical scopes, supervise contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely turnover with owners and design teams.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction, strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with onsite execution leadership.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 10 years of construction site experience.
- At least 10 years as a Project Manager or Construction manager.
- Experience with Hygienic and Mechanical systems.
- Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope and drawings/specifications.
Mansioni
- Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site.
- Ensure right materials, equipment and manpower are available to execute works.
- Oversee safety, health and environmental practices on site.
- Lead client and construction meetings and coordinate with owners and designers.
