Responsibilities include implementing safety programs, monitoring procedures, and contributing to project scheduling, cost tracking, and labor reporting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; some college preferred
• Completion of craft apprenticeship program or equivalent skill level and training
• 5+ years in supervisory position
• OSHA-30 certification (if not currently certified, must be obtained within six months from date of hire)
• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber license may be required for individuals overseeing work in this field
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate craft personnel in support of field labor needs for construction and maintenance
• Direct, mentor, and supervise subordinate supervisory personnel
• Serve as senior technical advisor and assist with difficult problems
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and cost controls
• Develop and monitor quality control programs and labor/cost tracking reports
• Assist in safety investigations and union negotiations as required
• Assist in supervisory training programs and provide expertise to other departments
