Job summary

ENFRA is hiring a Mechanical Professional Engineer II to independently design and coordinate HVAC, hydronic, and thermal plant systems for energy projects. The role requires a PE license, 7+ years design experience, and strong communication. Travel 10-25% to job sites is expected as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Signing and sealing engineering documents.
• Lead design and analysis of mechanical systems for projects of moderate complexity.
• Develop project deliverables including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and support construction-phase activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Interface directly with clients on technical matters.
