Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors in North Carolina seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead total delivery of moderately complex projects safely, on time, within budget, and with quality. You will apply project controls for cost, schedule, and quality under minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 10 years in industrial construction management, a related degree, and a General Contractors license.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum 10 years of relevant industrial construction management experience.
• Degree in construction-related field is preferred; HS diploma required.
• General Contractors License is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the total delivery of services on moderately complex projects with safety and quality.
• Coordinate scope, design criteria, procurement, and construction activities.
• Mentor team members and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure safety first and adherence to project controls for cost and schedule.
• Collaborate with design leaders and clients to resolve issues and drive progress.
