Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of mechanical insulation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Lead field operations including labor planning and performance management.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and address delays or risks.
• Review drawings and submittals to ensure scope accuracy.
• Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Mentor project engineers and field team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
