Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Project Executive to lead business development, contract negotiations, and high-level execution across project controls, engineering, cost, risk, and management. The role will oversee project teams and ensure delivery in a fast-paced energy infrastructure environment.

The candidate will mentor PMs, manage budgets, monitor labor productivity, and serve as the primary contact for BIM and fabrication units, with accountability for on-time completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Engineering or applicable field.
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable Project Management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry familiarity with HVAC and Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Manage project team members (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field office coordinator).
• Champion project safety and risk management for the company.
• Mentor and train project managers for fast-paced growth development.
• Understand, explain and monitor financial budgets and labor productivity goals.
• 100% detailed knowledge of project requirements and deliverables.
• Builds and maintains strong customer relations with general contractor, subcontractors, vendors and owner.
