The role requires 5+ years in mechanical engineering design, construction, or facilities management, with strong analytical, organizational, and financial skills. Fluency in MS Word/Excel and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design, project management, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, and financial management.
• Effective presentation and communication skills; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, on-site environment with hazard analyses and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Manage project budget, schedule, and change orders.
• Track cost, billings, and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Close-out documents and warranty coordination.
