Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Manager, Mechanical Engineering to provide senior-level mechanical expertise for offsite manufacturing and modular power solutions. You will lead design, development, analysis, and optimization of HVAC, plumbing, cooling, and central plant systems, coordinating with electrical and structural teams.

Ideal candidates hold a PE license, a ME degree from an ABET-accredited program, and 10+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or modular manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABET-accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive mechanical engineering experience.
• Active PE license with ability to stamp/seal mechanical engineering documents; modular infrastructure, manufacturing, or large-scale industrial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and analysis of mechanical systems for modular power and offsite manufacturing.
• Develop 3D models and fabrication packages using Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks.
• Perform calculations, thermal analyses, and airflow evaluations to optimize performance and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration within modular products and processes.
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers; establish standards and scalable processes.
• Visit project sites for field surveys and provide design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and PE stamping requirements where applicable.
