Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to oversee budgets, scheduling, and resource planning for power projects. You will coordinate with team leads and directors to ensure proposals, EPCOs, and budgets align with project milestones and customer expectations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in construction, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with MS Office; Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in the construction industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office; Oracle experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare a complete estimate for all projects with a detailed review of plans and scope
• Plan and organize engineering projects under team leads
• Prepare proposals and EPCO with the team lead
• Ensure proposals/EPCOs are submitted promptly and recorded
• Validate customer acceptance of proposals and EPCOs
• Maintain project budgets and logs; update resource projections monthly
• Track project funding per cost code and ensure on-time completion
