Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural focus.
• PE license required to stamp/seal structural documents.
• Experience with modular construction and offsite manufacturing is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review geotechnical reports, foundation design criteria, and structural drawings to validate designs.
• Prepare PE-stamped structural deliverables and design packages for modular systems.
• Lead design reviews for foundations, frames, skids, and modular assemblies.
• Mentor engineers, establish standards, and build scalable processes as the team grows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure code compliance and manufacturability.
