Job summary

RS&H, Inc. in Dallas seeks a Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer to steer the Dallas mechanical engineering practice, grow a high-performing team, and strengthen client relationships across aviation, healthcare, federal, and commercial markets.

You will balance technical leadership with project delivery, business development, and mentoring, while partnering with senior leadership to expand RS&H's presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• PE license in good standing.
• 10+ years of mechanical/MEP engineering experience; 12+ preferred.
• Experience leading mechanical engineering and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship development and business development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dallas mechanical engineering team and practice.
• Grow the portfolio with client relationships and business development.
• Provide technical and project leadership on complex mechanical/MEP projects.
