RS&H is looking for an Aviation Division Leader to drive innovation and growth across our South-Central Division (Texas and surrounding states). As Aviation Division Leader, You Will

• Set the Vision: Provide strategic direction for our Aviation team and align with RS&H’s national resources and initiatives.
• Drive Growth: Lead business development efforts, expand market share, and identify new opportunities for top-line growth.
• Build & Mentor: Recruit top talent, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Influence at the Highest Level: Work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the South-Central Division’s success.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Division’s sales strategy and performance, including market expansion, geographical and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute business plans that position RS&H as a top-tier aviation consultant.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring excellence in project delivery.
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership to achieve ambitious financial and operational goals.
