Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in producing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs for design-build projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of mechanical systems (plumbing, HVAC, odor control, and fire protection) for water and wastewater facilities.
• Prepare design drawings and specifications for client submissions and permit support.
• Coordinate with architects, technicians and engineers of other disciplines and manage project communications.
• Mentor designers/drafters and junior engineers.
• Support field staff during construction and respond to submittals and RFIs.
