Job summary

Responsibilities include engineering analysis, lab testing, and cross-functional leadership to drive reliability, sustainability, and performance improvements across programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
- 5+ years leading product design projects, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
- Expertise in structural steel and sheet metal design.
- Proven ability to deliver and lead technical designs to meet project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of cabinet and structural systems for unitary HVAC products from concept to production.
- Apply structural steel and sheet metal design expertise to deliver robust, cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and validate designs through engineering analysis and lab testing (FEA, test plans, data analysis).
- Provide technical leadership within cross-functional teams and drive design for reliability and cost reduction.
