The Facilities Division specializes in Food & Beverage, Federal, and Industrial facility design, delivering high-performing projects through responsible design and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping design.
• Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
• Knowledge of mechanical systems such as heating, hydronics, steam, and gas.
• Experience with design, permitting, and project execution.
• Strong ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and construction of building and infrastructure projects.
• Oversight of data collection, analyses, and modeling for project development.
• Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates with safety and phasing.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure compliance with codes and prepare technical deliverables.
