Job summary

TCOM is seeking a Staff Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, test, and oversee radar mechanical systems. You will interpret specifications, create drawings, and ensure regulatory compliance while leading complex mechanical projects.

The role requires extensive CAD/Simulation experience, knowledge of RF/electronic packaging, and hands-on lab work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive design improvements, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 8+ years of career experience.
• Master's degree in mechanical engineering with 6+ years of career experience.
• PhD in mechanical engineering with 4+ years of career experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee radar mechanical design and development.
• Design, build, and test radar subsystems and assemblies.
• Perform tolerance analysis, thermal and structural assessments.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external customers.
• Create and update design documentation across lifecycle stages.
• Mentor junior engineers and support engineering leadership.
