The ideal candidate will mentor engineers, coordinate with project engineers and firm leadership, and develop relationships with customers while advancing projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• PE license required.
• 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience in the construction industry.
• 5+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through project work and develop new business
• Familiarity with commercial, education, healthcare, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, retail, and/or multi-family residential sectors
• Cultivate strong working relationships with project engineers
• Design air and water side HVAC systems
• Perform engineering calculations
• Write and prepare technical reports & specifications
• Perform energy modeling using industry-standard software
• Coordinate with other disciplines and sub-consultants
• Travel to client sites as needed
