You will mentor junior staff, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure code compliance across healthcare, education, science, and commercial sectors. Responsibilities include developing plans, performing calculations, coordinating with owners and regulators, and translating complex data into actionable reports while advancing future-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, or closely related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant post-education experience in engineering.
• Engineer license required.
• Proficient with mechanical engineering principles and construction design.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level mechanical engineering guidance for design, development, and construction.
• Develop and review installation plans, specs, and phasing plans.
• Coordinate with owners, sub-consultants, and clients across multiple projects.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee cross-functional engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
