DHD Consulting in Taylor, TX seeks a Mechanical Engineer (Process Piping) to lead mechanical construction tasks including stainless and carbon steel piping fabrication and installation on a major project. You will coordinate with the Project Management team from inception through close-out, ensuring compliance with specifications and owner requirements.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years in Mechanical & Piping Construction.
Familiar with industry codes (ASME, ASTM).
Able to read and interpret P&ID.
Experience in High Purity Piping is a plus.
Experience in Progress Management.
Proficient in BIM, MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

Plan, organize, and supervise projects from inception through construction and close-out.
Review specifications and shop drawings.
Coordinate engineering issues with the engineering company and ensure compliance with owner requirements.
Ensure scope, schedule, and forecasts meet project goals.
Monitor construction progress and report on progress.
Manage fabrication and installation progress and schedule.
Develop detailed project execution plans and schedules.
Communicate project status to stakeholders as required.
