Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years hands-on engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling with SolidWorks, Pro-E, Inventor, etc.
• Exceptional mechanical design and prototyping skills.
• A builder’s mindset: eager to test, learn, and improve quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development from concept to launch, shaping the future of industrial automation.
• Take ownership of full-cycle projects: scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Design, build, and test innovative mechanical and electromechanical systems using advanced tools (SolidWorks preferred).
• Engineer and evaluate system performance through experiments and data-driven testing.
• Build, qualify, and refine test equipment.
• Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing and business development, drive brainstorming and design reviews.
• Communicate progress, risks, and results across multidisciplinary teams.
