Intralox seeks a Mechanical Engineer for our New Product Development Team in our New Orleans office. This design-focused role drives product improvements and new solutions to meet customer needs.

You will lead the complete product development process from problem definition to release, including voice of customer studies, specs, prototypes, testing, field feedback, and design refinement, collaborating across teams for successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years engineering experience preferred in product development or machine design.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate components and systems using physics, mechanics, heat transfer, fluids, vibration, acoustics, and materials.
• Own the full new product development process from problem definition to release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and patents.
