Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% (domestic and international).
• Hands‑on familiarity with hand tools, measuring tools, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design industrial equipment, subassemblies, and parts using SolidWorks.
• Analyze customer drawings and specifications to develop manufacturable solutions meeting performance, cost, and safety targets.
• Create and maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, and documentation within PDM systems.
• Lead or contribute to design reviews, risk assessments, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Gather on‑site data, develop installation plans, and support commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams to align design standards and share best practices.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all design deliverables from concept through project close‑out.
• Participate in continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives to streamline design and build processes.
